Shower Door Repair Questions
Can a cracked shower panel be repaired?
No. Tempered glass cannot be patched or recut, so a cracked or chipped panel has to be replaced with a new one made to the same size.
My shower door leaks. Do I need a new door?
Usually not. Most leaks come from worn seals, a worn bottom sweep or a door that has dropped on its hinges, and those can be fixed.
